I think that the fence of Ceuta and Melilla should be removed and Ceuta and Melilla should belong to the african territory.
But what cannot be done is to leave the africans that come to Ceuta and Melilla in the desert of Sahara as if they were trush.
But if all of them enter Europe , it would be a serious situation for Spain because there would be too many people for so litle territory.
But the massive entrance of subsaharian people is not a big problem for Spain from the point of view of the birth rate.In summary: everybody in the world have to be in equality of a economic conditions.
